Connect the installation media for Windows 10. Connect your flash drive, if you have one, to the computer you want to install Windows 10 on.
In Windows 11, click the network icon even by screen, choose Configure Wi-Fi connections next to the Wi-Fi icon, but instead pick the hotspot you created earlier. Your computer's active network should then be the hotspot you made with your phone after a brief period of time.
